NXTGEN is proud to announce an official partnership with Jukebox Elite RB Academy, designating them as our Preferred RB Training Partners.
This collaboration brings specialized running back development accessible to NXTGEN athletes, focusing on the skills that separate good backs from elite ones: advanced footwork, vision, elusiveness, ball security, and overall RB IQ. The training complements NXTGEN’s recruitment support, athlete development resources, and performance platform, giving our student-athletes an extra edge as they prepare for the next level.
Jukebox Elite RB Academy operates under the motto “Where Elite Backs are Built!” Their approach emphasizes precision cutting mechanics (highlighted through their signature “CUT-ometry & CUT-ology”), technical refinement, and the complete running back skill set. As RB technicians and specialists in the art of the cut, they equip athletes with the tools to make defenders miss, protect the football, read defenses, and play with higher football intelligence.
For NXTGEN athletes, this partnership means access to targeted, high-level position-specific training that builds on the evaluation, ranking, recruiting profiles, and guidance already provided through the NXTGEN platform. Whether an athlete is refining fundamentals or elevating advanced traits, the combined resources create a clearer pathway from high school performance to college opportunities.
We extend a huge thank you to the entire Jukebox Elite team for joining us on this journey. Their expertise aligns perfectly with NXTGEN’s mission to empower the next generation of student-athletes through recruitment support, guidance, and holistic development.

Let’s get to work. The future of elite running backs starts here.
